Jack Hirschman Documentary -- Friends of the Poet

Friends of the Poet is an LLC established in 2006 to support and fund a documentary film about the life and work of San Francisco Poet Laureate Jack Hirschman. Its principals are Poet Agneta Falk, Lawyer and Poet Cathleen Williams, and Francis Furey. Producer of Red Poet.

You can donate to the project through the fiscal sponsor of the project San Francisco Film Society. The San Francisco Film Society administers funds received in support of this project. It has 501 3c non-profrt status. If you donate to the project in this manner your donation is tax deductible. Make your donation out to The San Francisco Film Society and indicate on the memo line of the check that it is for the film Red Poet. The funds witl then be disbursed to the project. You will receive a formal letter from San Francisco Film Society documenting your tax-deductible donation.
